Planning well requires tactics and strategy , like chess or military battles. So first of all you need to know what tactics and strategy are and what the differences are. Tactics are a practical method for achieving a certain result. In the field of planning, tactics can be: do an activity for at least 3 minutes without getting distracted; prepare a checklist with intermediate steps to complete before starting; define priorities; concentrate without distraction on completing a point on the checklist. The strategy, on the other hand, is the overall project, the long-term vision, which requires the use of a series of tactics to be pursued. The strategy also includes the possibility of modifying or not photo editor using certain tactics. In our field possible strategies are: Aiming for excellence in a specific sector; Find interesting business contacts; Increase your online popularity; as we can see, they are more general concepts than tactics, which however determine our way of dealing with situations. The strategies must lead to the achievement of the objectives , which must be very clear. So to summarize this first part, starting from the last point everything will be easier: you define the objectives which don't have to be a thousand, but two or three, you define the strategies, you use tactics. Planning is therefore a list of activities to be carried out to carry out certain strategies that allow us to achieve the set objectives. The importance of constraints Many call them "posts", but I have never liked this term because it smacks of vampire or even agricultural, so I prefer a more neutral term such as "limits" or "constraints.
